Blog 1 - Introduction! :)

              General Blog Introduction

Welcome! My name is Max, I am an AICE Media Studies student.

In this blog, I will share the process and progression of the making of my final Media product, a magazine. This will include research, references, planning, reflection, learning, struggles, and any changes made throughout the process of creating my final product. 

Since this is my first time working/studying in Media Studies, I have much to learn, however, I have many skills that could aid me through that process. I have a big imagination and know how to get creative, but I also know how to follow directions and ask questions when I'm not too sure of something. I have an open mind and am always welcome to respectful* constructive criticism. Though these skills can help me through the process, I do still have skills i hope to learn such as graphic designing skills, photo editing skills, flexibility and awareness of different cultural contexts.

The Main task includes creating the front page, contents and a two page feature article including four original photos and text. All while building up the skills I need to be successful in my research and project. Also including constructive reflection on my work as I go, preparatory practices, and the final result.
